About Me
My name is Brooke Ann Lamb, and I am, like you, a million things. We both know that words on a website don't do a person justice. That said, a few important things to know about me outside of my professional services are:

I have 2 kind, courageous, and funny kids, and 2 chaotically precious pups.Â
I was born and raised in Missouri, but have lived in Tennessee for 15 years. The politics and cultural story of the US South deeply inform my work and spiritual path.
I was raised in high-control religion, and have been actively deconstructing oppressive control systems of various kinds since 2015.
I recovered from a decades-long eating disorder in 2020, and was diagnosed with ADHD later that year.
I am a former musical theater kid, and continue to celebrate various forms of fine arts expression.
I am proudly bisexual and a proud ally of the transgender community.
I am a coffee and ice cream fanatic.

Brooke's various offerings (the ADHD, "can't choose just one," is real!) have one common purpose: to aide individuals of the collective, on their paths towards liberation and enlightenment. Before we can see the spiritual truth of who we are, we must heal the scar tissues of psychological and physiological trauma in our brains and bodies.
